# Configuring Database Services for Strapi on Upsun Fixed

Strapi requires a database in order for it to run successfully. It currently has support for the following database types:

- SQLite
- PostgreSQL
- Oracle MySQL/MariaDB
- MongoDB (only Strapi v3)
